1. The FundMyBet service

FundMyBet is a platform for evaluating sports prediction strategies. It offers a demo account, two-phase challenges and, after successful completion, a so-called ‘funded’ account entitling the user to contractual remuneration subject to conditions. The operator’s details appear in the ‘Operator and contact’ section of this page.

The stakes and capital displayed in demo and evaluation accounts are virtual. They are neither a customer cash deposit, a bank account nor a financial investment. FundMyBet does not execute your selections with the bookmakers used as data sources. Capital allocated to a funded account cannot be withdrawn: only eligible profits that have been approved and credited to the withdrawal balance may be requested for payout.

2. Access and account creation

The service is restricted to adults aged at least 18 who reside in a country authorised at registration and are permitted to use it. Access to a page does not authorise use from every territory. Bypassing a residence restriction or suspension is prohibited.

You must provide accurate information, verify your email address, keep your contact details up to date and use the service in your own name. Your login credentials are personal. Do not share your password or security codes. Report any unauthorised access to support without delay. Several challenges may be associated with the same profile; this does not allow multiple identities to bypass the rules.

3. Demo and challenge selection

The Demo account lets you practise with €10,000 in virtual capital, free of charge and without a time limit. It does not entitle you to any withdrawal, profit payout or automatic progression to a funded account.

Before purchase, the offer shows the virtual capital, price and applicable conditions. The price pays for access to the evaluation service; it is not a stake deposited with a bookmaker. It is a one-off payment for the chosen challenge, with no automatic subscription. Any discounts are shown before confirmation. Starting depends on actual payment confirmation.

A version of the rules is recorded when ordering. It applies to the entire purchased path: Phase 1, Phase 2 and the funded account resulting from that challenge, even if a transition occurs after offers are updated. Directly purchased funded accounts also retain the rules recorded with their order. The version remains available in the customer area. Recorded progression, stake, loss and profit-sharing rules are not replaced retrospectively. Section 8 explains how activation fees apply to ongoing challenges. The examples below describe the current offer; your account’s recorded conditions identify any different historical offer.

4. Evaluation targets and duration

The current challenge has two phases. Phase 1 requires realised profit of 15% of initial capital, at least 15 settled qualifying tickets and 5 active days. Phase 2 requires realised profit of 20% of initial capital, at least 20 settled qualifying tickets and 10 active days. All criteria must be met together. No bet may remain open to pass a phase.

Each new phase awaits your activation within the period shown in the customer area — 30 days for the current offer. The maximum duration is 15 days in Phase 1 and 20 days in Phase 2, from that activation. The next phase starts with the challenge’s initial capital and requires its own activation. At the deadline, new stakes are blocked; results of tickets already open are awaited before the final decision.

Active days correspond to settlement dates of winning, losing or partially refunded bets in the account’s time zone. A fully voided ticket does not count. Under current rules, an event already counted cannot be used to multiply qualifying tickets within the same evaluation phase: no non-voided event on the new ticket may already have counted.

5. Stakes, odds and exposure

During evaluation:

  • Minimum stake: 2% of initial capital per ticket.
  • Maximum stake: 5% of initial capital per ticket.
  • Maximum commitment on the same event: 5% of initial capital across all relevant open tickets.
  • Maximum total commitment: 25% of initial capital across all open tickets.
  • Minimum total odds at placement: 1.30. A lower-odds selection may be used in an accumulator with total odds of at least 1.30.

Percentages continue to be calculated on original capital, even if the balance rises or falls. On a €10,000 challenge, the basic limits are therefore €200 minimum, €500 maximum per ticket and event, and €2,500 committed simultaneously. The amount actually available may reduce the maximum possible stake. Open stakes reserve available capital.

For new funded accounts, stakes range from 2% to 5% of initial capital per single bet or accumulator. Combined commitment on the same event is limited to 5%, and total exposure on open bets to 20% of initial capital. Minimum total odds are 1.45. Loss limits continue to apply.

The odds, selection and stake accepted by the server are authoritative on the ticket. An odds change must be confirmed before placement. A suspended, locked, expired or unavailable selection cannot be confirmed, even if it was already in the betslip. Displaying odds does not guarantee their subsequent acceptance.

6. Loss limits

During challenge phases, the maximum daily loss is 10% of initial capital in Phase 1 and 8% in Phase 2. The maximum overall loss remains 15% in both phases. For a funded account, these limits are 7% and 12% respectively. Exceeding a threshold results in challenge failure under the account’s rules. Overall loss compares the balance with initial capital. Daily loss adds up realised losses during the relevant period; winnings in that period do not erase them.

The tracking day covers 24 hours from the time of the first bet, according to the anchor shown by the account; it does not necessarily correspond to a calendar day. Potential losses on open tickets are not yet realised losses. Complying with stake limits therefore does not guarantee staying within loss limits when tickets settle.

A failed challenge cannot continue its phase or allow withdrawal of virtual capital. Failure alone does not entitle you to a refund of evaluation fees, without prejudice to the withdrawal right or service failure provisions below.

7. Results, voided bets and ticket complaints

Settlement uses the confirmed result and the accepted market’s criteria: full event, period, set, total, handicap or other offered market. The ticket’s labels, lines and periods define the prediction. The catalogue may change with fixtures and available verifiable data.

A cancelled event or confirmed tennis retirement refunds the affected single bet. In an accumulator, the voided selection is assigned odds of 1.00 and the other selections remain in play. If all selections are voided, the stake is fully refunded. A temporary suspension of the match or odds does not by itself constitute cancellation.

When a result is incomplete, conflicting or unconfirmed, the ticket may remain under review. No result may be invented to speed up settlement. A justified correction may change settlement and associated balances; it must be explainable from the ticket and verified evidence. To dispute a settlement, contact support with the ticket reference, event and reason for your request. An automated assistant response does not resolve a dispute.

8. Funded account and eligible profits

From 4 November 2026, activating a funded account resulting from a purchased challenge requires a one-off €89 payment after passing both phases. This also applies to challenges already underway on that date. Accounts already funded are not charged again. Other recorded rules for existing challenges remain unchanged. Activation payment is separate from the challenge purchase, carries no discount and is not charged automatically.

Direct funded access costs 3.5 times the standard price of the corresponding challenge, without VIP discounts or promotional codes, and has no additional activation fee. For new offers, 90% of eligible profits go to the customer, with no paid add-on.

Passing both phases and paying the activation fee grants access to the funded account under the offer’s conditions and after the necessary checks. It guarantees neither regular income nor any profit amount. Allocated capital remains separate from the withdrawal balance.

The following withdrawal conditions apply to all funded accounts, including those already active. The first withdrawal may be requested no earlier than 14 calendar days after account activation. Subsequent requests are possible no earlier than 30 calendar days after the team’s administrative approval of the previous withdrawal. Dates and calendar days are calculated in Europe/Paris. Crediting profits to the wallet does not start a new period.

Only one request can be approved per period and funded account. A partial withdrawal also uses up that period. Unused limits do not accumulate. Eligible unwithdrawn profits carry over; the account does not automatically return to its initial capital. Cancellation or rejection after approval releases unpaid funds but does not remove the approval date or the subsequent waiting period.

Limits are calculated on nominal capital and apply to the net amount paid to the participant after the split: 0.5% for the first withdrawal, 1% for the second, 1.5% for the third, and 2% for the fourth and subsequent withdrawals. For a €100,000 account, this means maximum withdrawals of €500, €1,000, €1,500 and then €2,000 respectively. Progression to the next tier occurs only after actual approval of the previous withdrawal. No remuneration amount is guaranteed and carried-over profits are not reset.

Each period requires at least five distinct profitable days. A day counts only if the sum of the net results of bets settled that day is strictly positive. Multiple wins on the same day count as one day; a flat or losing day does not count. The period starts at activation for the first withdrawal, then at the approval time of the previous withdrawal. The required settled-ticket count is that of the account: 30 for current offers. Fully refunded tickets are excluded. The account must be active, with no open bets or blocking risk checks.

The ticket consistency rule still applies: the net profit from the best winning ticket must not exceed 35% of the period’s total net profit before the split. A daily consistency rule also applies: the net profit from the best day divided by total net profit for the period must not exceed 40%. The calculation includes all positive and negative days; total net profit must be strictly positive. For €3,000 net profit, a best day of €900 (30%) or €1,200 (40%) complies; €1,800 (60%) does not. Above the threshold, eligibility remains pending until all conditions are met.

For the current offer, 90% of eligible profits go to the customer. Commission is deducted once from profits transferred to the wallet, within the available limit. The remainder is preserved. A bank-transfer request remains linked to its originating funded account; conditions are rechecked when requested and approved. Periods are independent between accounts. Progress and the next eligibility date are shown in the customer area.

After 5 days of inactivity and with no open bets, a funded account under current rules may be made dormant after a warning. Its balance is preserved and it can be resumed from the customer area. Any different historical rules remain identified in the relevant account.

9. Withdrawal requests

Only the available withdrawable balance can be requested. The currently configured minimum is €25. A verified bank beneficiary in the account holder’s name is required. Supporting documents may be requested on a case-by-case basis to review a withdrawal request. Verified identity is kept in a fixed version, separate from the display name. Any identity or bank-account change requires a new review. After a new IBAN is approved, a 24-hour security period precedes withdrawals. The request requires personal confirmation by password and security code. The requested amount is reserved during processing and cannot be requested twice.

Request statuses let you track review, processing, payment or reasoned rejection. A request that is still cancellable may be cancelled in the interface. Cancellation or rejection releases the reserved amount. Timeframes depend on checks and the payment method; instant payment is not guaranteed. Never disclose a password or bank code to support.

10. Withdrawal from the contract, refunds and service incidents

Where applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal period for this remotely purchased service, you have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to notify your decision without giving a reason. Send an explicit statement to the operator’s contact or through support, including your name, account address, purchase date and reference. You may use the template below, but are not required to do so.

‘I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the challenge [reference], purchased on [date], associated with the account [email address]. Name: […]. Request date: […].’

Accepting these terms alone does not constitute an express waiver of the right of withdrawal. Any request for early performance and any consequences provided by law must be subject to separate information and agreement. A statutory exception may only be invoked if its conditions are actually met. Any refund owed is made within the applicable legal period, normally using the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed without additional charges.

For duplicate payments, access not provided or incidents affecting the paid service, contact support. Evidence will be reviewed and the appropriate correction, restoration or refund determined according to the circumstances and applicable rights. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.

11. Fair use and security

Identity theft, payment fraud, falsified information, shared access, result manipulation, intentional exploitation of malfunctions and attempts to bypass limits or restrictions are prohibited. Checks may result in a documented temporary block and a request for relevant evidence. You may ask support for human review of a disputed measure.

FundMyBet’s content, visuals and software elements are protected. Third-party trademarks and logos remain their owners’ property. Their appearance in the catalogue or as an odds source does not imply endorsement or a commercial partnership.

12. Availability, closure and disputes

Maintenance or data incidents may interrupt certain features. Live match information may be delayed. If something is wrong, keep the ticket reference and contact support; do not repeatedly confirm. Liability exclusions cannot deprive consumers of mandatory rights.

You may ask support to close or suspend your access. Open tickets, outstanding transactions and withdrawal requests must be processed before final administrative closure. Data then follows the retention rules in the privacy policy.

Complaints may be sent to the operator’s contact or customer-area support. Rights of recourse to the competent authorities and courts are preserved. Where consumer mediation applies, the operator must provide its contact details and procedures. No clause deprives you of the mandatory protections of your country of habitual residence that apply to the contract.

13. Changes to the terms

The displayed version identifies these terms. A material change is communicated to affected users before it takes effect. Rules recorded for an already purchased challenge remain those of that challenge, subject to mandatory legal obligations. Also consult the privacy policy and Responsible play page before using the service.
